Skin is the largest organ in the body. It protect the body from foreign invaders. Healthy and good skin is also slowing down aging process. So maintaining a good looking healthy skin is very importent in our life.
About 6 million chemical agents can be detcted in the environment, of wihich almost 3000 would behave as allergens when they come into contact with skin. These chemicals are affecting to the immune system too. Excessive sunlight exposure (ultraviolet rays in the sunlight) also cuasing skin pigmentation, wringles and skin damage.
- Use any suitable sunscreen lotion before going outdoor activities. vitamin E is very good for skin .
- Daily intake of atleast 8 to 10 glass of water is necessary.
- Avoid deep fried foods and eat lot of green leafy vegitables raw or cooked.
- Avoid soft drinks , drink fresh fruit juices instead.
Home remedies
- Add some henna leaves to one glass of milk and boil it. Drink it daily in empty stomach.
- One small piece of turmer mashed with coconut milk or coconut oil and apply whole the body 20 minutes before taking bath.
- Red sandal wood mashed with honey and apply on the face. Wait ten minutes then wash with warm water. It is very good for black pigmentation.
- Take oil bath once in a week.
- For natural face bleaching, take some rice powder mixed with curd and apply on your face. Wait 20 to 25 minutes then wash with warm water.
